Join your PEAK Florida peers in person for a day of learning, networking and community building with local nonprofits! Designed for grants professionals who are interested in the challenges of data collection and reporting, attendees will get an overview of the metrics journey, learn about the data dictionary, understand how to operationalize metrics in a grants management system, and see how to present dashboards to the board. Attendees will come away with new ways of organizing and streamlining metrics processes to enhance their data insights and strengthen their community relationships.
